Job Summary
Employee Benefits Account Executive responsible for retention and growth of the employee benefits department by supporting Sales and Service efforts; acts as quarterback for the team on renewals and client engagements; develops client relationships beyond the Producer; presents renewal/new proposals, leads client meetings and open enrollments, coordinates team efforts, and directs strategic planning on underwriting issues; maintains knowledge of HUB resources and adheres to Broker Standards; requires ability to travel to meet clients and strong communication, presentation, and math skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- L&H License required or able to obtain within 120 days from hire
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in employee benefits/account management
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
