Apply and ensure visual identity compliance within the store while staging new collections and commercial event zones in dedicated spaces. Implement merchandising principles to highlight campaigns and assist sales teams in execution. Monitor current fashion and interior design trends to drive visual strategy. Manage large team volumes and unique merchandise quantities under direct reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager. Schedule includes Monday through Saturday with one weekday day off, plus Sunday, with a requirement to work six-hour shifts in the morning. This role offers a training package, a 13th-month salary after one year, and participation bonuses.
