Job Summary
Conduct night reception duties including greeting guests, processing check-ins and check-outs, and managing reservations and phone inquiries. Handle cash operations, close daily transactions, and prepare handover information for the morning team. Ensure establishment security and silence while performing cleaning tasks in common areas and setting up the breakfast buffet. Report any technical or operational incidents to the relevant personnel. Maintain a professional environment by working autonomously throughout the night, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ponctuel(le), sérieux(se) et responsable
- À l'aise avec le contact client
- Organisé(e) et capable de travailler seul(e) la nuit
- Réactif(ve) face aux imprévus
- À l'aise avec les outils informatiques
- Présentable et doté(e) d'une bonne communication
- Disponible pour travailler de nuit, y compris les week-ends et jours fériés selon le planning
- Une base en l'anglais
Desired Qualifications
- Une première expérience en réception hôtelière, en hôtellerie ou dans un poste de nuit
