Job Summary
Manage your assigned sales area by arranging products and merchandise in aisles according to storage, placement, and presentation guidelines. Conduct stock inventories and collaborate with your manager to refresh product availability. Assist customers with a smile and kindness, providing advice and added value while building trust. After an integration period familiarizing you with processes, you will take full responsibility for your perimeter. Schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with all shifts starting at 6:30 AM. Hourly rate is 12.31€ gross, plus a 13th-month bonus after one year.
