Greet customers with a smile, assist with seafood selection, and wrap, weigh, label, and price cuts of meat. Prepare meat and products at the counter to ensure they look attractive. Maintain live fish tanks by cleaning, removing unhealthy fish, and preparing fish for customers, using knives in a wet environment. Keep the work area clean and safe at all times. This position requires a state-approved food handler certification before hiring.
