Conduct check-ins and check-outs while personally escorting guests to their rooms, leveraging an online system for formalities. Manage guest inquiries via email with AI-assisted response suggestions, handle telephone consultations, and create individual offers and reservations using the Angebotsmanager. Serve as the primary contact for guest requests ranging from excursion tips to special amenities. Prepare guest itineraries and coordinate travel arrangements for direct bookings. Work a full five-day schedule with shifts starting at 7:30 AM and ending by 7:30 PM, excluding part-time or night shifts.
