Empfangsassistenz / Serviceassistenz (m/w/d) Autohaus-Gruppe

Conduct telephone and in-person appointment scheduling for the workshop, prepare workshop orders according to the schedule, and monitor workshop progress with regular reports to the customer service leadership. Welcome customers at the branch and personally or telephonically hand them over to respective contacts. Manage cash register operations, prepare customer letters, and participate in customer events while handling administrative tasks to support various branch departments. Requires a completed commercial vocational training, preferably in an auto dealership, with multiple years of experience in the automotive industry. Offers unlimited contract, 36-hour work week, above collective agreement pay, 30 days vacation, and structured onboarding.
