Job Summary
eMotor Platform Requirements Engineer responsible for the complete lifecycle of product requirements for high-voltage e-Motor architectures. Own external and legal baselines, resolve technical contradictions through alignment across customer, PM, and multi-disciplinary engineering teams, establish and maintain rigorous traceability from external requirements to system- and component-level targets, and generate/verify essential requirement specifications and verification documents ahead of milestones. Serve as the Single Technical Window for customer and internal stakeholders, and support internal/external process audits. Requires university degree in a relevant engineering field, experience in electric drives or vehicle systems, familiarity with requirements engineering tools (Polarion/DOORS), and strong communication skills in English (German is an asset).
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related automotive field
- Professional experience in development of electric drives or vehicle systems
- Experience with requirements engineering tools (Polarion, DOORS) and V-Model
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency in English (German is a plus)
