Job Summary
Bridge Hardware Engineer (Japanese/Chinese Speaking) to support Change Management for automotive ECUs across the product lifecycle. Serve as a technical bridge between Japanese/Chinese customers and Software/Mechanical & validation teams, drive change requests, assess technical impacts, coordinate validation activities, and ensure successful implementation of product changes while maintaining quality, reliability, and production readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Electronics or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in board-level hardware design
- Good knowledge in Analog, Digital circuits, Power Electronics design
- Good at project coordination
- Analytical thinking, good communication & teamwork
- Language proficiency in English AND at least one of Japanese or Chinese
