Job Summary
Lead complex modifications, renewals, and refinancings by assessing a client’s financial position and risk level, acting as an advisor to leadership for both prospective and existing clients. Independently review and analyze client portfolios for cash flow, liquidity, leverage, working capital, debt coverage, and collateral in support of underwriting memoranda and periodic reviews. Collaborate with coverage teams to anticipate client objectives, identify opportunities for modifications and growth, and drive strategic relationships. Manage cross-functional projects, coordinate with senior leaders, and represent the company externally to resolve client issues. The role requires hybrid work with travel up to 35% and involves navigating industry trends, regulatory considerations, and risk management to support the Asset Based Lending business.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience
