Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end emission management and compliance for the BU Stationary application area globally, ensuring a unified approach across processes, tools, and documentation. Support the rollout of new emission compliance instruments and IT solutions while developing specification documents and training materials with Emission Managers. Serve as the primary contact for all emission topics, including Green Tops, and act as the Local Ethics Advisor for BU Stationary. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in MINT or engineering fields with at least three years of product development experience. The position is permanent and located at Rolls-Royce Power Systems, offering competitive compensation, health insurance, and retirement benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Hochschulabschluss in einem der MINT oder Ingenieurswissenschaften zugehörigen Studiengang (Maschinenbau, Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar) mit Abschluss als Bachelor oder Master
- ggf. auch in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftsrecht
- mindestens 3 Jahre in der Produktentwicklung, der Projektleitung von Entwicklungsprojekten oder in der Abwicklung im Projekt System Geschäft
- Geschäft Erfahrung im Umgang mit Emission Compliance und ein Verständnis der unterschiedlichen Emissionsanforderungen auf globaler Eben
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift, auch in englischer Sprache
- Sehr hohes Maß an eigenständiger Arbeit und Verantwortungsübernahme
- Strukturierte Problemlösung und analytische Fähigkeit
- Hohe Affinität für internationale Regulatorik im Bereich Abgas-Emissionen
- Reisebereitschaft
