Job Summary
Own the complete development lifecycle from concept to deployment, delivering working solutions that solve business problems. Build production-quality prototypes using React/Next.js and the JavaScript ecosystem while designing efficient SQL Server database architectures. Programmatically integrate AI LLM capabilities, including Claude and Grok, into applications through Retrieval Augmented Generation and vector databases. Refactor legacy systems and optimize existing code to bring modern best practices to the team. Stay ahead of the curve on AI/LLM developments by exploring new programmatically and sharing knowledge through documentation. This role requires local in-person attendance for authorized US permanent work.

- HTML5 knowledge for semantic, accessible markup
- Strong database design skills, complex query writing, optimization, and stored procedures
- Experience with AI-powered development tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, OR equivalent practical experience demonstrating strong technical foundation

- React-native a strong plus
- Tailwind CSS – Modern utility-first CSS framework experience
- Shad-CN – Component library and design system experience
- Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) – Database modeling and design documentation
- GraphQL (Hasura) – Modern API query language and implementation
- Docker – Containerization and deployment technologies
- .NET Languages (C#, VB.NET) – Microsoft technology stack experience
- Microsoft SQL Server – Specific RDBMS platform expertise
- Azure Dev Ops – CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) – Data pipeline and transformation experience
- Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) – AI architecture for enhanced LLM applications
- Embeddings – Vector representations for semantic search and AI applications
- Vector Databases – Storage and retrieval of high-dimensional vectors
- Microsoft certifications are a plus
- Examples of applications you've built, particularly those demonstrating: Full-stack React/Next.js applications, SQL database design and optimization, Programmatic AI/LLM integration

- Proven track record of independently delivering working software solutions
