Job Summary
Emerging Markets Solutions Consultant for APAC to validate and establish Equus’s go-to-market presence in the Asia Pacific region, and to support the end-to-end client lifecycle across all Equus products and services. The role involves developing regional go-to-market plans, participating in events to drive awareness and qualified leads, communicating differentiators, and continuously learning about the product line. Responsibilities include designing and configuring Equus Software solutions, leading client workshops, delivering tailored product demonstrations, and producing training materials. The candidate will manage multiple work streams, maintain executive and manager-level client relationships, and support project plans, pricing negotiations, and data privacy/system security discussions, while contributing to marketing initiatives and broader sales efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Develop and execute a regional go-to-market territory plan
- Participate in regional events to drive awareness and sales qualified leads
- Effectively communicate the Equus message and key differentiators
- Continuously learn about the Equus product line, new features, benefits, and solutions associated with Equus Software products and services
- Lead RFI and RFP submissions
- Support client contracting and pricing negotiations
- Support client questions around Data Privacy, System Security, and functionality / solutions
- Support marketing initiatives such as Client Conferences, Trade Shows, and Industry events
- Meet with prospective clients to understand and analyze their Global Mobility program and technology requirements.
- Design and configure Equus Software solutions to support custom demonstrations and sandboxes for prospective clients
- Lead client workshops to investigate processes and identify process inefficiencies
- Lead a consultative, solutions-based approach to effectively deliver what the client needs
- Demo Equus Software solutions in a tailored way to showcase value to the Client’s program
- Document overall system requirements (including process flows and functional requirements)
- Establish and provide overall design for the solution implemented

- Content marketing experience, create visuals for presentations and clients
- Bachelors’ degree and minimum of 5 years of Global Mobility experience (in-house, Big4 or vendor
