Emerging Markets Lead – Latin America (Spanish speaking) will own end-to-end regional market development and drive 0-to-1 growth for a new banking product across Latin America. The role requires building and nurturing relationships with banks, customers, and partners; leading partnerships through high-value deals; coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Product; gathering market intelligence on regulatory and competitive landscapes; and embedding scalable onboarding and relationship-management processes. The position involves regular travel, and offers flexibility to base based in San Francisco or Mexico City with quarterly travel to headquarters. Key skills include Spanish-language business development, strong relationship-building with senior executives, strategic market assessment, cross-functional project management, and a hands-on, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
