Job Summary
Analyze and assess emerging and future technologies and their military applications by foreign states and non-state actors. Produce assessments projecting the discovery, development, and deployment of advanced technologies to support the National Security Threat Capabilities Assessment. Maintain cognizance of domestic and international events to identify relationships within established knowledge bases and validate collection strategies. Assess other countries' stages of research, development, testing, and evaluation for emerging and disruptive technologies. Identify threat knowledge gaps and intelligence shortfalls related to EDT. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of experience as a HUMINT Targeting Specialist, and current TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. Located in Washington, DC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience as a HUMINT Targeting Specialist or another agency/organizational equivalent
- Prior experience supporting enabling operations, either identifying and creating the opportunities or supporting ongoing operations
- Certification from the any of the following courses below (or their Title 50 equivalent): Fundamental HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC), Advanced HUMINT Targeting Course or Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC), Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC)
- Current TS/SCI w/CI polygraph
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting enabling operations to include AFO/OPE
- Previous HUMINT operational background directly supporting and/or conducting full-spectrum strategic HUMINT operations (above MSO)
- Previous experience providing HUMINT support to TF or SOF
- Previous support to Strategic Intelligence Collection against Hard Target (non-CT) issues
