Job Summary
Full-cycle Account Executive responsible for new logo sales in defined North American markets with ownership from prospecting to signature. Lead generation from marketing/BDR support, self outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, discovery calls, product demonstrations, and closing. Demand for accurate monthly/quarterly/annual forecast, multi-tasking across leads, demos, proposals, follow-ups, and pipeline management using Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and related tools. Emphasizes startup mentality, thought leadership, impactful onboarding and ongoing coaching, plus a bias toward data-driven metrics and high-energy communication. Remote/work arrangements are not specified; roles are anchored in Montreal, Toronto, Raleigh, or Austin with in-person responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- B2B sales experience
- 2+ years total sales experience in a closing role
- Documented success as a closer
- BA degree or higher
- Experience conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations
- Willingness to prospect and contribute to your own pipeline
- Ability to articulate metrics and data
- Comfortable moving fast, multi-tasking, and keeping the energy high
