Job Summary
Emergency Credentialed Veterinary Technician on the front lines of veterinary emergency care. You'll handle a wide range of cases from triage to discharge, perform nursing care, anesthesia/monitoring, diagnostics, and critical care nursing, and support pet parents through stressful moments. Responsibilities include IVs/CRIs, blood transfusions, imaging, endoscopy, ultrasounds, and central lines; CPR proficiency is expected. The role emphasizes collaboration with doctors and leadership in care plans, with opportunities for growth, mentorship, and ongoing ER CE/travel stipends. Must be credentialed and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, 24/7 hospital environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) in the state of practice
- 1+ years of experience as a veterinary technician
