Job Summary
Prioritize and organize shift workflows while directly managing Clinical Services team members, including assigning responsibilities, handling early call-ins, and addressing process or employee issues. Escalate critical matters to the Clinical Manager and serve as the first responder to client concerns and drug escalations. Collaborate across departments to meet patient and client needs, train new team members, and provide input on performance evaluations. Participate in on-call duties and routine management or administrative meetings. This role supports MedVet's mission to deliver advanced treatments like chemotherapy and radiation through a collaborative team focused on teamwork, leadership, and compassion.
Required Qualifications
- Prior veterinary experience
- Proficient in calculations (drugs, constant rate infusions, unit conversions, etc.)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written
- Flexibility with work hours and able to work additional hours when necessary
- Passing of a drug screen
- Passing of a background check
