Job Summary
Facilitate appointments related to wellness care and preventative medicine while assisting doctors and technicians with medical treatments, diagnostic tests, and procedures. Handle animal restraint and obtain health history from clients to ensure accurate documentation. Maintain cleanliness of treatment areas, restock medical supplies, and adjust to environmental changes while managing multiple tasks under stress. Work on feet most of the day lifting pets up to 40 pounds. Earn $20-$23.00/hour on a swing shift at Standiford Veterinary Center, a United Veterinary Care Partner offering 24/7 emergency, surgery, and ICU services to the Modesto community.
