Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat emergency and critical cases in companion animals, including stabilization, urgent medical care, and emergency procedures. Develop appropriate treatment plans for each patient and communicate clearly with pet owners regarding diagnoses, options, and follow-up. Collaborate with specialists and support staff to ensure comprehensive care while maintaining accurate medical records and clinical documentation. This role offers the opportunity to practice advanced emergency medicine in a modern, well-equipped facility supported by experienced veterinary technicians and specialists.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university
- Active or eligible veterinary license
- Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
