Job Summary
Emergency Veterinarian needed in Dallas, TX to handle a wide range of emergency cases including routine and complex surgeries, manage triage with fast, customer-centered care, perform physical exams, diagnostics (ultrasounds, X-rays, bloodwork, biopsies), and communicate treatment options and estimates to clients. Role includes endoscopy, treating exotics, maintaining medical records, and participating in on-floor leadership and mentorship within a high-volume ER environment.
Required Qualifications
- A DVM or equivalent degree
- Emergency medicine experience or demonstrated proficiency in emergency care
- Ability to perform emergency surgeries and endoscopy
- Ability to stand for prolonged hours, lift up to 25 kg, and support up to 40 kg
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays on rotating or as-needed basis
