Job Summary
Emergency Veterinarian at VEG in Ardmore, PA, leading the ER team to manage a wide range of cases including exotics, performing emergency surgeries and endoscopy, conducting diagnostics (ultrasound, X-ray, bloodwork), and developing diagnostic and therapeutic plans. You’ll communicate treatment options with clients, educate on aftercare, and contribute to a mentorship-driven, learning-focused hospital culture with ongoing CE opportunities and a travel stipend for ER education. Required Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Licensure to practice veterinary medicine in the applicable jurisdiction
- Ability to stand for prolonged hours and lift up to 25 kg (with assistance)
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams
