Job Summary
The Emergency Support Officer (ESO) role involves providing rapid-response security coverage across various client sites on an on-call basis. Key responsibilities include monitoring for suspicious activity, controlling access points, responding to incidents, and completing activity reports. Candidates must have a valid BSIS Guard Card, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Valid BSIS Guard Card (required)
- Ability to provide 40 hours of BSIS training certifications
- Initial 8-Hour Guard Card training Certificate
- 32-Hours of Continued Education
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites
- Comfortable working independently in new or unfamiliar environments
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Must pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws
Desired Qualifications
- Prior security experience or similar role
Additional Requirements
- ESOs must work a minimum of three (3) shifts per calendar quarter to remain active (unless otherwise approved)
