Job Summary
Emergency Services RN in a casual, part-time role at a rural Wisconsin hospital (Hillsboro) providing high-acuity emergency nursing care. Requires a valid Wisconsin RN license plus BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC and at least 2 years of Emergency Services experience. Responsibilities include developing and implementing patient-centered care plans, delivering competent nursing care based on acuity and clinical judgment, documenting assessments and interventions, participating in quality improvement and education of colleagues and students, and collaborating with the care team in a rapidly changing environment.
