Emergency Services Project Manager

Coordinate and execute large loss mitigation projects for commercial and residential clients, defining schedules, tracking drying progress, and negotiating scope of work with trade partners. Communicate daily with the Large Loss Coordinator on status, labor, and consumables while sending written updates to all stakeholders. Resolve job-site challenges, enforce safety compliance, and conduct weekly team meetings. Source labor and equipment as needed, perform quality controls, and complete hand-offs to reconstruction teams. Participate in on-call rotation depending on workload.
