Job Summary
Coordinate and execute large loss mitigation projects for commercial and residential clients, negotiating scopes of work with trade partners and defining project schedules. Communicate daily with coordinators on status, labor, and consumables while sending written updates to all stakeholders. Identify job-site challenges, ensure safety compliance, and conduct weekly team meetings. Source labor and equipment as needed, assist production on residential work, and complete hand-offs to reconstruction teams. Participate in an on-call rotation.

- 7 + years of Commercial and Residential Water Mitigation/Mold Experience
