This role demands an ability to exceed customer satisfaction and monitor patient satisfaction, while also maintaining ethical conduct and promoting a service-oriented environment. Candidates should have an Associate Degree in Nursing, Illinois RN Licensure, and various certifications such as CPR and ACLS.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited nursing school
- Maintain current Illinois RN Licensure
- CPR, ACLS, PALS, TNCC or TNS required, or be willing to obtain
- Ability to pass specific competencies for this position
Desired Qualifications
- Three years of emergency nursing experience preferred
- Better than average human relations and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight time constraints
