Job Summary
Emergency Service / Fire Responder for Paul Davis Restoration. Frontline role responding to live fire dispatches 24/7 within the Indianapolis, IN territory, securing and stabilizing properties through board-ups and roof tarping, and guiding property owners through initial paperwork to retain Paul Davis as the restoration contractor. Responsibilities include on-scene response, client advocacy and sales, contract execution on-site, relationship management with fire departments and first responders, emergency stabilization (structural board-up, roof tarping), OSHA-guided safety practices, and documenting property conditions for the estimating team. Requires strong verbal and written communication, strategic thinking, planning, project management, organization, and basic computer skills. Franchise/restoration/construction or insurance industry experience is a plus; ability to perform basic carpentry is expected. Equal opportunity employer.
