Job Summary
Emergency Room Technician provides non-licensed direct patient care under RN supervision to patients from neonate to geriatric, supports the healthcare team with patient care, equipment and supplies, and delivers nursing care support services and clerical tasks in the Emergency Room. Part-time, 24 hours/week, with an evening shift (11:00 AM–11:00 PM) and every-other-weekend duties at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital (Darby, PA).
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous nursing assistant, EMT, and/or emergency room experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
