Emergency Room (RN) (FT) (Mid shift or Nights)

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for 45-50 daily patients in a 16-bed emergency department. Provide direct patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, medication administration, and post-treatment home care. Develop and document individual plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety. Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, including spiritual and cultural preferences. Work 12-hour night shifts in a safety-sensitive role requiring constant alertness.
