Emergency Room (RN) (FT) (MID SHIFT) (11:30-00:00)

Assess, diagnose, and plan implementation for patients in a 16-bed Emergency Department, managing 45-50 daily cases with a 4:1 or 3:1 staff ratio. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance. Develop individual plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Utilize critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, including cultural and spiritual preferences. Work 12-hour shifts from 11:30 AM to midnight in a safety-sensitive role requiring constant alertness.
