Emergency Room (RN) (FT) (EVENINGS)

Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in a 16-bed Emergency Department with a 4:1 or 3:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, managing 45-50 daily patient volumes. Implement individual plans of care, educate patients and families on illness management and medication administration, and ensure regulatory compliance within a safety-sensitive environment. Work full-time evening shifts from 11:30 PM to midnight, three 12-hour shifts weekly, while utilizing critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
