Emergency Room (RN) (FT) (DAYS)

Conduct direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for emergency services on a 24/7 basis. Promote patient and family-centered care by educating patients on illness management, injury care, and medication administration. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while maintaining patient safety and regulatory compliance. This safety-sensitive role requires constant alertness within a healing environment at Parkland Health Center's Farmington or Bonne Terre campuses.
