EMERGENCY ROOM RN ASSISTANT MANAGER

Assist the Emergency Department Nurse Manager with daily operations, clinical oversight, and management of the Emergency Department. Provide leadership and supervision of nursing staff while promoting safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care. Assist with operational, personnel, quality improvement, and regulatory activities. Serve as the department leader in the absence of the Nurse Manager and collaborate with physicians, ancillary departments, EMS agencies, and administration to ensure quality patient outcomes consistent with Level IV Trauma Center standards and Arkansas Department of Health regulations. Requires Bachelor of Science in Nursing, current Arkansas RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications.
