Emergency Room Registered Nurse

ER RN provides patient-centered emergency care in the ER, coordinating with physicians and the care team to assess, treat, and educate patients and families; maintains timely documentation; uses nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage; ensures understanding of condition, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up; supports self-management and prevention education; upholds standards of practice and organization values.
