Emergency Room Registered Nurse

ER Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the Emergency Department. Works with medical providers and care team to apply nursing models (Assess, Perform, Teach, Manage); regularly assesses pain and responds to patient needs; performs procedures and documents care in the medical record; educates patients/families about conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures; prepares patients and families for self-management and healthy lifestyle changes. Includes collaboration with team to ensure positive patient outcomes and adherence to clinical standards.
