Emergency Room Nurse

Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Emergency Room, assessing pain regularly and performing procedures as ordered by medical providers. Document administration of care thoroughly and respond promptly to patient requests while anticipating needs proactively. Teach patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and lifestyle changes to ensure complete understanding and prepare them for future self-management. Obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days and Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment. This role supports TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center's mission to enhance community wellness through compassionate teamwork in a 109-bed acute care hospital.
