Document care administration in patient medical records and respond promptly to patient requests while anticipating needs proactively. Teach patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and lifestyle changes to prepare them for self-management. Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with department requirements and nursing standards.
