Job Summary
Manage and coordinate clinical activities on the patient unit to provide quality care for children, adults, and geriatric patients. Establish goals and priorities aligned with patient, staff, and organizational needs. Requires a BSN, five years of acute care clinical experience, three to five years in a supervisory role, an active NM RN license, and active BLS certification. Up to 20K incentive available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a School of Nursing
- BSN
- A minimum of five (5) years current clinical experience in acute care
- Three (3) to five (5) years experience in a supervisory role
- Active NM RN License
- Active BLS
