Seeking a Clinical Nursing Manager for the Emergency Room with RN management experience to oversee daily operations, staff development, and promote a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years RN experience
- 1-year clinical leadership experience
- Current RN License to practice in state of employment
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- Must sit for appropriate board certification within six months of hire
- Clinical and/or Leadership certification required within 6 months of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Nursing Specific- ANCC Approved certification
