Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the Emergency Room nursing unit, manage staffing and personnel, ensure evidence-based practices, oversee patient care, collaborate with disciplines, coach staff, address complaints, maintain workflow and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or RN diploma
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Tennessee or compact state
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Minimum 1 year of related clinical leadership experience
