Emergency Room Nurse

Conduct ongoing assessments, formulate nursing diagnoses, and implement evidence-based interventions for patients in the emergency setting. Collect social, psychological, and developmental data from patients and families while providing education on pain management, nutrition, fall prevention, and discharge instructions. Document all activities in unit records according to health system standards and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and cost-effective care. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical decision-making protocols within a Level III Trauma Center environment.
