Emergency Room - Clinical Nurse (Nights)

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within emergency department standards. Promote patient and family-centered care by educating individuals on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values, cultural, and spiritual preferences. Work in a constant state of alertness as part of a safety-sensitive position supporting customized care for patients in Progress West Hospital's emergency department.
