Emergency Room - Clinical Nurse (Nights)

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within emergency department guidelines. Promote patient and family-centered care by educating individuals on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values and cultural preferences. Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
