Emergency Room - Clinical Nurse (Evenings) (O'Fallon)

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department, promoting patient and family-centered care while educating families on illness management, home care needs, and medication administration. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, including cultural and spiritual preferences, while maintaining a constant state of alertness in this safety-sensitive position. Full-time role with 3-12 hour evening shifts.
