Emergency Room - Clinical Nurse (Evenings)

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while promoting patient and family-centered care in a healing environment. Educate patients and families on illness management, injury care, and medication administration. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, including cultural and spiritual preferences. Work full-time evening shifts (3–12 hours) in Progress West Hospital's Emergency Department, a Level II Stroke Center offering 24-hour services and pediatric care.
