Job Summary
SIGN ON BONUS. As the Emergency Room Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN, you will lead and coordinate high-quality, patient-centered care in the ER, directing nursing services during your shift, collaborating with management and staff, and contributing to initiatives that improve patient outcomes. You will assist with admission/discharge processes, participate in ongoing quality assessments, support staffing and scheduling, influence staff training and development, and help implement nursing strategies to enhance engagement and service. The role requires coordination with clinical leadership, adherence to policies, and provision of resource guidance to staff, with responsibilities spanning interviewing/training recommendations, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, inventory control, and supply management. Eligibility includes RN licensure and a Bachelor's degree within defined timeframes, plus required certifications (ACLS, BCLS, PALS, TNCC) within specified dates.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- (RN) Registered Nurse must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Bachelors Degree must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
