Emergency Room Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Coordinate nursing care in the Emergency Department, directing, monitoring, and evaluating nursing services per established policies; serve as a resource for staff and support a patient-first philosophy. Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput, participate in ongoing quality assessments, collaborate with management to create teamwork-driven improvements, supervise staff scheduling and labor, provide recommendations on interviewing and training, manage supplies and equipment, and support performance evaluations and policy compliance to enhance departmental performance.
