Emergency Room Charge Nurse (RN) - Full-Time | Nights

ER Charge Nurse leads daily emergency department operations, coordinates patient care, mentors nursing staff, and ensures high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include triage coordination, staff staffing and resource management, responding to emergencies and trauma activations, maintaining timely clinical documentation, and guiding teams in high-acuity situations. Requires NM RN licensure, BSN preferred, 2+ years RN experience with ED exposure, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS; TNCC required within 90 days of hire.
