Job Summary
Drive and operate a service vehicle (tow trucks/light service vehicles) to assist AAA members and commercial customers, perform basic diagnostics/troubleshooting, provide outstanding customer service, and engage in on-scene problem solving. Leverage sales skills to offer AAA products during service interactions, complete daily paperwork (call-logs, battery invoices, cash receipts), and operate with on-board computer and mapping systems. Must have a valid driver’s license and at least 2 years of customer-contact experience; vocational automotive training or ASE certification preferred; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; outdoor work in varied weather conditions; photograph required for identification; AAA MWG footprint includes multiple states. Minimum age 21.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years of experience in a customer contact role
- Vocational technical automotive training/certification or equivalent experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- ASE Certification- Preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Education & Training: AAA Compliance Training, RPST, TSAAC, Lock-out, PSP, Battery Service Training (preferred)
